I find it exciting to write case studies or customer stories. Underlying every such story, you’ll find a coming-of-age angle; a story of transformation. There is some drama as someone is trying to find a solution to a problem. And a current of excitement as the solution helps them achieve something more than what they set out to.
So you can read it as a story of technology or just a story. It’s upto you.
